My go to calculator since 2009

This is my go to calculator and first choice since a really long time and deserves 5 stars.
Yet today I can only give 3 for the following simple reasons:
1.) please let me have a portrait layout on the iPad because ->
2.) Please (!!!) use size classes for the layout so I can use the calculator in split view mode on the iPad with the calculator in portrait layout while having the device rotated to landscape.

A calculator, any calculator, not seizing the opportunity to get used alongside another app (like looking up stock quotes in Safari) is totally wasting its potential.

There are calculators that can get used in split view mode, but dont we want to use the one were trained on for so long?

Please Development Team - consider my humble request and let me access your calculator more often and better.

Make it a paid in app purchase - I dont mind, think about the potential especially with the iPad Pro looming large on the horizon.
